This meal plan is designed to give you a higher amount of healthy fats and clean protein while focusing on low glycemic, liver-cleansing carbohydrates, mainly in fruit and vegetable form. My goal is to ensure you can get a variety of nutrients that help your liver, support a healthy digestive process and keep inflammatory blood sugar balanced. I’ve included herbal teas and broths to consider (in addition to ‘or’ in place of 1 coffee) as your main source of fluids as well! My hope is that this meal plan will offer simplicity but with a lot of flavor to keep you satiated and full of energy too! (each meal below is 1 serving; my recipes are referenced too!)
